Expert Knee Pain Physical Therapy in Chicago, IL

Get back to the activities you love without painkillers, injections, or surgery. One-on-one care with the same Doctor of Physical Therapy every visit.

Is Knee Pain Keeping You From Living Your Life?

You deserve better than temporary fixes that don’t address the root cause of your knee pain.

Rushed Appointments, No Real Progress

You’ve tried big-box physical therapy where you see a different therapist each time and share the room with multiple patients. Your knee still hurts.

Relying on Temporary Relief

Pain medications, cortisone injections, and ice packs only mask the symptoms. Your knee pain returns because the underlying problem was never addressed.

Missing Out on What Matters

You’re avoiding sports, struggling with stairs, or can’t play with your kids. Your knee pain is stealing moments you’ll never get back.

One-On-One Knee Pain Physical Therapy That Works

At Journey Physical Therapy, you work with the same Doctor of Physical Therapy from start to finish. No sharing your therapist, no rotating staff, just focused hands-on treatment that addresses the root cause of your knee pain.

  • True one-on-one sessions with Dr. Praneeth Purimetla, DPT, every appointment
  • Manual therapy techniques that target the underlying dysfunction causing your knee pain
  • Personalized exercise programs designed to strengthen your knee and prevent future injury
When I first started, I was at risk of missing family Christmas because I couldn't endure a car ride, but now I've been pain free for about a year. I was not functional when I came in here, but ever since I've been here, I've been able to maintain normal life with my family. I don't know what my quality of life would have been like without having come here.

I highly recommend coming to Dr. Praneeth for your physical Therapy needs. You get the personal dedicated care that you might not receive at one of the "chain" locations located in the city. Not only was he very knowledgeable and helpful in my treatment, but he was also very friendly and easy to chat with during our sessions.

  • I am not in the middle of my second session of PT with Praneeth and after about a month of PT, my shoulder is remarkably better than it was and feeling close to 100%. Previously, I came to Praneeth for a pinched nerve and that hasn't resurfaced (in 4 years) after he fixed it... Clearly, Praneeth is quite skilled in what he does. But also, he's a great guy who cares about his patients first. I have another relative who went to him and 'discovered' him before I went my first time and he fixed her up too... It seems that we have found a PT gem in the city. This isn't corporate and Praneeth is the man...!

Praneeth treated my daughter for some knee pain she was having. He was really thorough in diagnosis. He spent tons of time with us, making sure he really understood the problem. He gave her exercises to do at home. After about 8 visits, she was in good shape and hasn't had any pain since. Also, he's a super nice and funny guy. We had a great experience.
